Just to explain, I live/work in North Manchester and on good days I commute across the edge of the West Pennine Moors between Bury and Rivington so can drive across Belmont. Yesterday was a dream as the weather was perfect and it helped blow all the stress out of my brain, not in a speed way but just the experience of the roof off.

Wouldn't go the same route this weekend though as it will be ruined by the lycra terrorists on their pedal cycles and the hordes of TT racers we get going to the Top Barn.

In the past I have got up early just to drive the road though.

Like I said its an E93 thing.

haha i know exactly what you mean!

my parents asked me why im getting a convertible when we live in london and the weather is just poo all the time and i told them imagine i lived in miami or somewhere - where the weather was always so nice... i'd have the top down everyday and it'll lose it's novelty... but here in england, that miami weather comes every flipping blue moon... putting down the top will be a special occasion! it'll make the little sunshine we have even more awesome!

I feel you bro! Unfortunately, I'm waiting on new wheels and rims due to a pothole. Car is stuck in garage on jacks. Weather has been pretty crappy the last week here so I didn't mind.

i love when its sunny here! any excuse to get the top down! ..

but i think if you live in a really hot country you wouldn't want it down all the time with the sun always beaming on your head!

England perfect for it!

New rims deployed, new hydro bearings fitted and top has been down most days this week.

Loving it !!

If I didn't buy this car with the intent of transporting other people, I knew I should've paid the extra $3,000 to buy the E93 that was also on the lot. Oh well, once I'm back up to the good ol' days of being able to have 2 cars (or find an S/O that has a convertible... I so wish I'd hit it off with this one girl that had an E85) I'll consider the open air.
