Unfortunately, but understandably, they nickel and dime for added functionality.

Or you could look at it as you not having to buy stuff you didn't want.

I look at as a deal and a half since I won't have to deal with my local dealership to change a battery. Which on my two BMW's that I plan to keep a long time adds up to hundreds of dollars.
