Congrats!
I assume you had everything shut off and the M button on?

For comparison, Danny Kao's run:

Matt, you think shocks are worth a full second on that transition heavy course?

Let's have some thoughts on this one:

Asher is pushing hard into a tight section and the car just kind of locks up. Tires never break free but the car just freezes up.

I'm confused. The steering wheel didn't lock up did it? Did the power just cut and he was flustered so he didnt turn?

He said he was braking hard and then the he let off to turn but it froze up. Th 350z had issues like that under hard braking.

Thats weird. I've never seen that before. I remember my 135 stalling on heavy throttle (fuel pump going), but never on hard braking.

I'd wager the car was light and things got silly for a second. It looks like it got too deep and catch up wasn't going to save it. Wish I could see the dash and what the warning lights did.

Thanks.

i started to edit the end out. Then I decided just leave it. You should always act like you have been there before and you will be back, but I was pretty happy with winning in that fashion.

Could be the cornering brake control (CBC) mechanism, which is not disabled even when traction/stability control fully off.

I have a thread on it somewhere on the forum.

EDIT: Here's the thread -- http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=578573

Please don't take this the wrong way and for the love of all that's civil no one get upset, but that course looks pretty crappy to me. I mean it's just a bunch of left/right then a 180 then left/right and done. I know it's all about quickest time and everyones running the same course but just doesn't seem like a very enjoyable layout.

No, i don't like that kind of course and it does not favor the car but you get this type of course at airports and drag strips. The texas tour had a better course but i will take the win.

Autocross is about the people and friends. It is for those that want to compete but can't afford to go fender to fender racing. I think most people look at it and would rather go do a DE.

Suspected this was it. Unfortunately, you must disable the ABS to disable it.
