Are you in the US? I bought just a few weeks ago and shipping was free iirc. See if you're local dealer can get it for you. Should be $99 in that case.

What are the Dinan bushing made of? Stiff rubber I am guessing.
I've got a Metal Lathe and could make a delrin upper and lower. Reuse the sleeve inside design it to put the delrin in compression or even add in piece of rubber. Any reason you have to have rubber at all in the stack? Just noise and vibration?

alternatives?
Is Dinan the only RSM that gives you the extra suspension travel? I saw there are powerflex and THIS from AKG, which sound interesting as well.
