ACT Street Clutch and Clutch Stop

I just had my act clutch installed and the engagement point is very close to the floor.

My question is that if I remove the aftermarket clutch stop and do not replace it with the oem stop, will I see negative effects of clutch life/wear? I tossed the oem stop in the trash.

Anyone have experience with this?

Sounds like a good bleed and adjustment will solve your engagement issues

Clutches are adjustable, you should be able to adjust where the engagement is as far as pedal wise.

However if you did choose to just remove the stop, the clutch wouldnt suffer.
