I feel like over the last few weeks the RPM doesn't surge as much and as quickly as it did before. I did find the AC did make it a little worse. I still get a delay in power sometimes when taking off which is probably the most annoying part since it is a little unpredictable.

I heard about the SIB 12-15-14 patch, called BMW Doncaster and they said they'd charge $300+ for it, hence why I am just considering doing MHD now which will also give me some horsepower for around the same price.

There is a thread discussing the update. Not sure if others had to pay for it as well. http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1033690

As for the PPK flash, yeah, it's not like super easy, but is doable. Got it done by a friend of mine, I didn't have the balls. Maybe you'll find someone in a coding group or something. http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31885

You need the right plug wrench. Really skinny!

Yeah I'm going to order the BMW thin wall socket tool for spark plugs. Can anyone confirm if this is the right spark plug:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/361852534400

From what I've read online, it's the same part that BMW uses (ZR5TPP33S), but it seems suspiciously cheap.. although the ebay store has good reviews.

This is the spark plug tool I'm thinking of getting: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/152104298028

Woah... 20K miles is low. That baby's barely broken in.

Post up some pics so we can ogle at it.

BTW, congrats and welcome to 1ADDICTS!

Sorry for the crappy pics, these are what I have on hand from the dealership.

I tried and failed to find a scratch, dent on the body and wheels....she only has one small rock chip on the hood lady owner from new...

Turned my back for 10 seconds and the five year old is taking a pee facing the freeway

Nice find. Enjoy the ride.

As far as your kid... when you gotta go, you gotta go. What can you do?

Very nice! I got mine with about 18,500 miles and the car pretty much looks new.

Congrats Cosmicf, she's a beauty!. I'm a little biased as I also picked up a 2010 in Deep Sea Blue three weeks ago. I will have to post some pics soon. Mine is going to Advan in Sydney for a once-over before the 3 month warranty runs out.

I had a familiar feeling looking at your plates, but couldn't place it....then I remembered I saw it on a detailing forum a couple of years ago getting the full works!.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures.

Yeah, I remember seeing a thread about this car getting detailed too, the before and after shots were shockingly different.
