The car is for the Canadian Market I believe according to the OP's profile on the left therefore it may be fixed and since the post for the options is for the US. It may be different.

I believe it's because the car is an M, they are fixed. The E92 335i for example, comes with retractables, even with the sport package, however the E92 M3 comes with Fixed ones.

Well i just checked BMW's Time guide... The washer nozzels are fixed, as they are not listed as the high pressure retractable kind...
