Bought Blacklines from that eBay seller on the 31st of January and they still haven't even shipped them, kind of sucks just because I paid immediately but we will see if they're ok when they show up!

Bought mine from ebay as well..from the European site..

Took more than 3 weeks to get here..installed it today.

Works perfectly.

I paid mine on February 3rd to the same ebay seller. He said mine will go out tomorrow, but I guess we'll see what happens. I'll update you if I hear anything.

Ordered my Blacklines from Schmiedmann for 327.52 incl taxes on the 6th got an invoice on the 9th to pay an extra 22.34 for freight charges waiting for them to be in stock and shipped..fingers crossed.

Same here but I ordered on the 16th and it said "in stock 6 days after order." Any word on the stock/shipment status bazil769 ?

Yeah 100% true. I didn't see him mention anything about price.

Anyway I heard back from Schmiedmann, apparently they will be back in stock from BMW on 3/5 - 3/6. Hopefully this becomes a reliable source of these lights again!

Probably not :/ Didn't they stop making 1 series coupes? I would assume the LCI tail lights manufacturing also stopped...

Unless this is a completely different situation from most other cars, manufacturing of parts for these cars will continue for years even though the cars themselves are no longer produced.

Performance accessories, not sure. But aren't the blacklines standard on some model in the EU?

Yes, they were part of the Editon Sport packages that almost every BMW gets at the end of their life. That particular pack had the Blacklines, black mirror caps, blue stitching and you could choose between Style 208, 264 (I think) and 313 rims.

Schmiedmann is legit. Bought several from them over the years. Might take a minute on the shipment etc, but otherwise -- you get them.

Update:

Just got mine from the ebay seller. It took about 30 days, but well worth it. Mine actually came out cheaper than Schmiedmann and no custom fee.
