The log you captured isn't sufficient. You need to go higher in rpms. Do multiple to check for consistency.

I also suggest you email terry@bms and ask for guidance for RB turbo tuning.

no problem. Doesn't hurt to take a screenshot of your settings and send it over to Terry to make sure it is in the ballpark.

Don't use MAP 5 with a backend flash. Map 5 is for auto tuning. Either run Map 2 or 7, or 3 if you are running meth. NEVER MAP 5 with a back end flash.

Pro-tune dude, pro-tune. You're spending 3k on turbos, spend an extra $500 to get a pro flash tune and ditch the JB4. No generic tune will ever beat a custom tune made for your motor...

Not only that, but you can almost swap your JB4 straight up for an AP and get a PTFE E-tune (which is just as good if not better than a live pro tune) for like $250.

Go over to the JB4 forums (n54tech) - there is WAY more information there and they help you with our logs and stuff.

you mean the map 6 adjustment? I haven't change the configuration on this map ... it's on the default values.

I will really like to change the settings but I'm would like someone to recommend a better (but safe) setting.

ProTuning Freaks should be able to give you a pro tune via email anywhere! As long as you can do 3rd gear pulls from 2k to 6500rpm on a flat straight road, they will be able to tune you. You log the pull or 2, send them the file, they update your map, you upload the map to the car and repeat.

All you need for a protune is a dyno or the ability to send and receive data logs…the fact that you are remote doesn’t really matter.

Do I have to remove the JB4? and get the Cobb accessport? to get the tuning done?

I believe they only tune flash only and let the DME handle everything, including what goes into the boost curve. So I don’t think you could stack with JB and have that handle boost with a protuned timing curve, fueling, etc etc. Not positive though hit up Jake.
