Any JB3 users in WA State?

Looking for a local 1er in WA State to help me get a PnP JB3 into my 135i, and possibly dual cone intake as well. I'll definitely pay for the service and I can meet anywhere between Issaquah/Bellevue/Seattle/Renton/Tukwila area.

I'm up in Everett though.
