United BMW **URGENT**
***UPDATE***
Hey Addicts, sorry for the SUPER late update... we've been EXTREMELY busy trying to keep up with the number of orders passing through our system. Here's an update. We've finished combining the two United BMW's into one internet store, however all of our products that were on our Trademotion website (www.unitedBMWparts.com) have not yet been transferred over to our current website (www.unitedBMWonline.com). As of right now, my e-mail is very hard to access, however I'll still check it once a day. As for PMs, I likely will not get to them in one day. If you are still ordering through trademotion, all orders will ship for free unless requested otherwise by our billing department. We were having difficulty keeping up with sending new PayPal invoices for freight and it backed up the orders. We hope to have all of the parts on our new website soon. We're coming back in FULL force next year so be ready for some specials. As for now, you can still proceed with orders and we'll ship them. All power kits have been shipped. Here's a sneak peak of what every single day looks like for us as far as orders go... have a GREAT holiday 1Addicts and thanks for your business!!!! Last edited by S54dan; 12-14-2009 at 06:10 PM.. |

That stinks badly, Dan (for all parties)!
Why can't you respond to any queries about parts though? Is UnitedBMWOnline run by different people? Btw, all searching capabilities are broken on that website. You get server error messages. |

Sorry to hear about the idiots abusing the system. I always thought credit card fraud and identity theft should be treated like postal fraud. Make it federal offence with stiff penalties. Seems like 2% of the population causes 98% of the problems.
Hope things get up and running again soon. |

ident theft n credit card fraud punishment needs to be much more severe than that, for both the sake of prevention and atonement.. nothing sucks more than those two things asides physical harm.

Guys contact Steve Maguire @ United BMW Roswell. He will be taking all United BMW orders at this time.
E-mail is smaguire@penskeautomotive.com If you have a pricing issue, copy me on the e-mail and I'll make sure it gets matched to what we were advertising. Again, sorry for this inconvenience. The amount of money is way too high to just ignore and write off. Dan

Sorry to hear that Dan. I found dealing with you an absolute pleasure.
Assuming it was BMW stuff, what sort of moronic twit spends the money on getting a BMW and then orders parts via fraudulent transactions. Hope you can track them down and get the bits back... |

Thanks for the kind words guys.
We have shut our site down, but we're forwarding business to our sister store for the time being. When this is all resolved, we will re-enable the website. If you have parts inquiries or want to order BMW parts, I'm sharing all of our pricing with United BMW Roswell so that they can accomodate.

Man, I can't believe this! Dan's customer service through United's site has always been good. I've only bought one thing (the shadowline grills) but they arrived in a timely manner, packed great, and second to none.
It's too bad a couple of people had to devise some way to ruin this for everyone. The prices found were better than most too. Sorry that this happened Dan. Hope the issue is resolved soon!
