JB+ (N55) No longer on BMS website

Was just looking around Terry's website today and noticed that the N55 JB+ is no longer available. I already have one, but was wondering if anyone knows why it is no longer available.

You know, I've been wondering about this. I ran that jb+ for a day and then got that software update and I didn't feel it as much.. I thought I just got used to it. Daaammit

The first BETA batch was 100 units and they removed it from the site once that batch sold out. The N55 JB+ is a great product but the latest BMW update does seem to reduce its potential. So that may effect whether or not there is a second BETA batch. On the plus side the JB Stage1 works much better with the new DME update and anyone who got the JB+ can just pay the $100 extra to upgrade when they want.

Yeah but I'd rather only plug/unplug a box from the MAF sensor in 15 seconds and not have to run a bunch of wires and make connections. The JB+ for N55 on older software releases seemed to be awesome.

This pretty much sucks, and really now puts me off from tuning again.

I'm a bit of noob here but what is this DME update I hear about? I was planning getting the JB+ for my N55 but since your sold out of Beta version's I was considering going with the JB Stage 1 instead. Also would my car make more power with the JB Stage 1 with this DME update or about same without the DME update?

Nope. Worst case you try the JB+ and if it doesn't give the boost you're looking for there is no penalty to upgrade to the Stage1.

I just got my JB+ in the mail today, however I got my trunk light replaced last week. Would they have done the software update without letting me know? I have no idea what software I have.

When I got my software update, my DSC OFF icon changed from a warning triangle to a 135i doing a sweet burnout. Maybe this is an easy way to check? I'm not sure how many software updates ago this was introduced:

I was figuring my N55 was different when i got my service couple months ago.
they updated with SIB 12 22 10.
they list it as "15731 RECALL" - OPEN CAMPAIGN SIB 12 22 10.

Can someone confirm what N55 software nulls the JB+?

Yea mike already said that the new software basically nulls the JB+...however there was positives...here was his post over on e90post.com

So i noticed mine has the old triangle so i went ahead and installed the jb+ all i can say is WOW torque monster after 2500 sadly the power fades quickly or seems like it. The other thing i saw is at constant throttle once you hit the 2500 mark the car just takes off by itself little weird but most be the boost correction. time to head to track and see what this thing can do. i think if i can do 12.6s for the price this thing is worth its weight in gold!
