If i did this swap for my N54, would i get codes, or fail inspection with it on? Also, will there be a smell?

No codes. Shouldn't fail inspection. And only a slight smell if you're also running catless downpipes.

Yes. It definitely got louder. If I had to estimate, probably 40% louder , but don't have a decibel meter.

Sorry. I had to break down the "box" and wrap it came in. Such a big hassle to find proper boxing and packing materials that it's not worth it right now.
