So google around for how you might be able to tell from a log if your injectors are leaking. I think the only way to of seen that though would've been to actively monitor AFR on bank 1 and bank 2 right to see how long AFR takes to settle to ~235 after lifting off the gas...
Doesn't matter now though, the engine is toast unless you can find a way to flush the bearing material out.
