The further you tilt the line that the wheels pivot around aft the harder the wheels will push back. If it is vertical then no push back....if you could tilt back horizontal a huge amount of self centering.

Also affect how the car changes the cross weighting to the opposite rear wheel.

When I was racing karts it was a big factor in chassis tuning since you didn't have much else to "tune".
