Long ago I got it from EOS. TorqByte sorted me out. Took a little while to ship but once they got it they identified the issue, fixed it, sent it back, and helped me sort the slope/configuration values to correctly run my dual pumps. Again I hope this helps anyone else that may have gotten a EOS controller. There may have been a few misconfigured or faulty units, and at least in my situation the symptoms were so hard to trace without very persistent testing. This is definitely a potentially expensive issue but luckily for me it worked out well, considering.
