JB4 Quick install Meth Kit Update!!

I have been getting a lot of requests about this so I figured I would start a new thread. I have added the kits to my site and in the classifieds so you can check that out if interested.

Now for the details..

The WW kit includes everything you need including the pump, bracket, line, fittings, CM10 nozzle, solenoid, FSB electronics, wiring, and a new washer cap prefitted for the meth pickup. 100% integration with the JB4 for seamless performance! Requires JB4 USB Cable if you don't already have it.

JB4 setup:

Ensure you have the latest firmware loaded!

Under the meth tab set Meth Flow Max (or Meth Flow Scaling) to 99. If using 91 octane set Meth Additive PSI (or Meth Boost Additive) to 20. If on 93 octane set to 30. This will increase boost 2 and 3 PSI respectively when under full meth flow. When the system is operating normally expect to see a meth flow reading of 20-60% in dash and in JB4 logs. If air starts moving through the pump the meth flow value will quickly drop to 0. The meth system is active on map 3 and disabled when using maps 0, 1, 2, or 5.

Here is the final shot of the car all put back together to illustrate how clean and "stock" like the install really is

You could LOL

Do you have DPs? If upping boost that high you would want a higher mix.. Maybe 90/10 but I wouldn't recommend 5, maybe 4.

I dont get what your saying..

mike said set meth adaptive to 20 for 91 octane and 30 for 93 octane.. whats 5 or 4 have to do with it?

Oh, and mike.. want this kit but does it come with a check valve? Any issues with gravity feed or anything?

also, is there a diy for where the wiring to the pump would be routed ? I assume in the DME box?

How do you prime the pump after install or after long times of having the meth off?

You can use one of the steering wheel controls to run the pump when the car is off to prime it...
