just called the sales dept...they confirmed their 2nd car is indeed a black 1M, not sold yet but asking price is $20k over msrp (fully loaded)

i've said it before... i'd be happier with literally ZERO quality control inspections at the dealer. i trust the testing engineer in germany more than the snot-nosed "valet" stacking bald tires behind the dealer.

Perhaps someone local should contact the media, consumer action line or similar. If the dealer gets some bad press they will likely knock off the antics for a while at least and loose the $20k premium on that poor car.

Not only is this assh0le abusing the car. He could easily kill someone. He in a residential neighborhood and has the car full throttle in the first 3 gears at least. He must be going 80-90mph.
