OK, there were those of us that upgraded from 08-11 lights to 12+ lights. Since this is do-able, I'm wondering if using the light switch from an 08-11 with 12+ lights would work in a 2012 car. My 2012 has the incandescent tails, not the light bar ones.
What do you all think?

I know I'd have to pick up a set of the LED tails, but I still have the headlight switch for halogen headlights/LED tails from my '08. I'd like to buy the LED tails (+12 style) and use the '08 headlight switch.
