I will put up the Race-Keeper video after the event.
There are several national trophy winners coming, so there should be some read on how the car is going to perform. The following week the car goes to Atlanta to bump heads on the big stage and really see if it has a chance to win a national championship in the right hands.

you are good looking and seem well prepared! +1 on the orange wheels, -1 on the Audi 7 spoke (just messing)
What suspension mods if any (drop)? What are the wheel specs? offset, ...? You might become the first confirmation of front 265/35/19s without rubbing. |

I have had the car out at a very earlier autox. It was the fastest scratch time of the day. I only got 3 passes before the rear brake pad started coming apart. BMW agreed to replace them. That field had two national trophy winners in it in equally prepped car, but it was a small lot. The car runs in A stock, so there are few mods. The car has no mods, only the wheels, which are the stock offset plus 6mm built into the wheels. Mattm is working on a A stock shock setup. I plan to test the car at a couple of events before doing anything else to it. If it looks off pace I still have my 328is STX car, which is fully built to trophy at nationals. The 1m just kind of fell out of the sky on me.

I picked up the stock suspension from another 1M lister. It is the OEM struts (ok the left one is from a M3), shocks, and springs. I need to harvest the spring perch off the struts so that the OEM springs will sit correctly. Unless someone has a set of KW V3 struts that they could measure the inner and outter dimensions of the KW spring perch. Wheels are Forgestars built to the ±¼" offset spec of SCCA, 9"x19" and 10"x19", with Hoosiers mounted on them. For now the Schroth Rally 3 for a belt for autocross only (I'll use the OEM belts for the street). Last thing to fix is the nut behind the wheel. It maybe beyond repair.

Dude, you're not supposed to let your do-criver beat you.
I am assuming bone stock on the shocks, correct? Can we see Asher's runs?

Asher
Kerry There is about .8 between the runs. There are two tight places that I lose .3 per section and about .2 at the start. Crazy that what a Race-Keeper unit can show you. In the tight sections Asher gave it up a little getting in and was on the gas a little sooner getting out. Slow in, fast out.
