Only going to cost me $100 but it just sucks to have it all repainted. Paint colors can never be matched perfectly

It was on my trunk and I wouldn't say it was very deep, but very noticeable under any kind of light. I got it fixed 2 days ago when I went to get my car detailed and the guy there told me he could wet sand buff it for me. (I had additional very minor scratches on my car because I used a horrible snow brush during winter, so it worked out okay and the car looks nice and new now)
But yea ... I've developed keyphobia and I try to park away from the crowd now. This would be my second heart-breaker as some one pulled a hit and run on the passenger door 2-3 weeks before the key scratch. I really wish I have some kind of missile launching fire torching security feature sometimes.

Sorry for my language guys but that really pisses me off. Why don't these people get a life and have some respect. What do you gain by damaging someones car? A laugh? A high five? If they were jealous then go to work and earn it. We all started somewhere and work our a**es off to get where we are. I don't know what I would do if I caught them. I completely agree. I do not have any 'enemies' that would do such a thing to my car. So it had to be a random person. Seriously, what do they gain from doing that to someone's car!
