So how is it done, ... hand crafted, rapid prototyping, ... ? i'd like exactly that bumper on the 1M (ie changing the upper halve of the 1M bumper to have the M3 curves). What would it take to get that?

How would the 1M hood/lights/fenders match up with the top of an M3 bumper?

Its one thing to swap bottom halves where nothing has to line up but Im not sure you could work the other way when so many things have to fit.

I see, so you're saying the 1M bottom half was cut and 'pasted'? ... Great improvement for the 3M, but will not work for getting the M3 upper looks on an 1M; looking at Artemis pics, it indeed seems the base dimensions (measured at the edge of hood) are different. It would look phenomenal though.

I dig the look.

Was up at AutoCouture this morning and saw the car in person. Lets just say it doesn't lose ANYTHING in translation.

that car is insane. I appreciate them keeping it classy and leaving the M-badges off the fenders. I would love to see some work in progress shots of this.

No M badges since it isn't an M3.

obviously it isnt an m3. but 4/5 m3 conversions keep the m3 fenders with the emblems. i appreciate the extra work to remove the badges.

Wondering if those are well kept, so before someone else claims to have invented the wheel, you'd better spill it ..

You're entering a tease free zone here: have you indeed began merging the M3 upper bumper on the 1M (or vise versa)?
