Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps At $159.95?
I wanted to buy the carbon mirror caps but for me they are too expensive...
So I looked if there was a replica and I found one but I dont know how good is the quality on these... They look pretty good online. has anyone tried them? http://www.scopioneusa.com/bmw-1-ser...l#.T8N97JlYtQ0 |

this says it all:
"Secured in place with double sided tape to your current mirrors" factory ones are installed by removing existing mirror cover, and snapping the carbon one on

I still think that's outlandish...however, when ordering my TT-RS, CF mirrors rang up tp $1900! Includes power folding capability vs. the fixed setup, but I'll stick with the standard and elegant matte aluminum that's a signature RS look.
