So long and thanks for all the fish
A couple weeks ago I traded in my 135i and bought an MY09 MX-5 roadster coupe. Quite relieved to be rid of a car that I haven't particularly enjoyed for most of the time I've had it. And I'm absolutely loving the NC2. If anyone wants to stay in contact, please send an email via the forum.

Congrats on the new car. Have to admit these new Mx-5's are a real head turner, I think they look fantastic, plus we all know how well they drive. Curious as to how much heavier it is than the previous gen because it looks a lot more solid and slightly grown up. Any particular reason why you chose this over the RWD BRZ/GT86?

Not many cars where you can rest your elbow on the transmission tunnel and change gears with a flick of your wrist, plus wind in the hair ( or toupe / blue rinse given the average age of MX-5 owners ), telepathic steering, handling that's adjustable to subtle input at sane speeds, a seating position that is pure roadster etc etc.
Sorry, I know Guran can answer for himself but I am such a fan of these cars. |
