My fenders aren't rolled and I'm only running BMW Performance suspension and I'l able to run 275's on ARC-8 wheels. But those wheels are specifically designed for 135's. I like your wheels tho; I'm just not a fan of the stretched tire look -- too worried about rim damage. Not hate'n; just say'n...
Car looks sleek & clean. I agreed on the dark tint suggestion that another posted. I used to own a 350Z slammed 3" off the deck on TEIN coil overs. Great for the track; sux'd for the streets (public roads) here around Philly. I couldn't drive over speed bumps without scrapping and it sounding like I was tearing something off underneath the car and I'd have to swerve around roadkill or I'd scoop them up with my front splitter. Over time I found myself driving my Z less and less and then it seemed I only ever driven it to/from garage to get it inspected every year and to/from the track and that was it. Eventually I sold it because I just never drove it on the street any more (too stressful). If I had to do it all over again going back in time, I would have raised the ride height, get another alignment for at that ride height and enjoyed it more. The "Ultimate Driving Machine" doesn't mean much if it just sits in your garage all the time. If you have single or the older twin-screws like mine, 135's were meant to spool up IMO. Anyway, just two pennies on the table...Enjoy your 1. It looks sleek and very clean. |

coming from a guy with a three series I must say that fitment looks great! I dont usually snoop around the 1 series forums but this one caught my eye. I would ditch the bmw center caps though. Other than that good job, who knows I may be joining the forum with a 1 series of my own soon
