Any way to use jb4 for gauge hi-jacking only?

Hey all,

Am going to give the cobb maps a try. I know jb4 needs to be set to map 0 in order to install the accessport and use cobb maps. But am wondering if there is anyway to get the gauge hi-jacking without using any of the jb4 maps.

Map4 should bypass any tuning and allow for hijacking and other features. I was debating between a JB4 and a P3gauge to monitor water temp and other things during autox. I get a point addition to classing for the JB4, not for the P3cars gauge

Right. I am not sure how I missed map 4. That should do it. I guess I need to decide if I want the gauge hijacking enough to not sell my jb4 and take the cash.

I went through a similar situation. Decided I didn't need a tune altogether and put $1500 back into my pocket by selling stuff that I didn't need. Car is fast enough stock for my needs.

That is actually what I am thinking. Though I wish they made one for the center vent. Kind of hidden and out of the way on left vent.
