D-Force Five wheel
Has any one used the D-Force five wheels sold by Bavarian auto? They have a 17" x 8" 40mm wheel that weighs 15.5 lbs that I am thinking of using at each corner of a 128i with the sport package.
Any firsthand reviews before I buy? |

Did you get those wheels? If so please tell me how you like them. I was thinking about getting the exact same thing for doing 2-3 driving schools per year.

I have these wheels as my track setup. They weigh like a feather compared to my stockers. You can def feel the car more nimble and steering feels more crisp. They look decent and you can't beat the price. You can take a look in my garage for pics of these wheels on my car

I'm thinking of getting a square set of 17 x 8.5 and running a 225/45 or 235/40 Star Spec. Will I need any spacers? I know this is a tame set up, but I don't plan on modifying the car in in the next four years and just want to do 2-3 DE schools per year at Barber and RA. In the future after a suspension kit and camber plates I intend on using the same wheels and run 245/40 r-comps. Any advise is definitely appreciated.

The D-force LTW-5 wheels are a solid choice as the wheels are flow form and are extremely light weight! The D-Force LTW-5 wheels are extremely popular among the track community and are excellent wheels for a daily driver as well. With that being said, they're also one of the only aftermarket wheel companies that actually make a 17" wheel option! Here is a picture of the D-Force LTW5 wheels installed for you guys to check out!
