can i run 18x9.5 all around

what offset should i be looking to get front and back and what size tires thx

Eh... what are you really trying to do here? Why do you want 9.5" all around?

bc the bbs lm reps only come with a 3" lip if its 9.5 i want the dish all around

Not sure it can be done in front without done bodywork. You'll need somewhere around a 35 offset in front to clear the suspension which might not fit on the outside. I'm running 8.5 in front and that fits fine with not too much room to spare.

Even if I run a bit of stretch tire I was running 9.5 front and back on my rsx with a bit of streched tire

Get camber plates and run with max negative camber. Should fit with some stretch.
