Head Light Turn Signal Film Overlay

I've been searching everywhere for the tinted vinyl overlay to go over the orange turn signal reflector on my headlights. I have seen other 1addicts with this overlay. If I recall correctly **********s at one point sold these. Now I do not believe they do. Can anyone direct me to where I can get these please.
