Can I adjust my headlight beam pattern
I've searched yet have found nothing on this. I have an 09 135 with stock headlights. Just installed coilovers about 3 weeks ago and now the beam pattern shines only about 10ft in front of the car. Not getting any lights in the dash, check the leveling sensors to make sure they didn't come unplugged but they are good. Can I manually adjust the headlight to get the beam pattern higher so that I can actually see at night?

Yes you can. On the top of the headlight aseembly you will see a phillips type of plastic ftting. This is used to raise or lower the aim.
I raised mine a bit after I lowered the car. |

@e34m5 I believe its a 8mm(or maybe 6mm ?) hex/allen screw that you need to turn to adjust the headlights.
OP also check those links on the LF and RR suspension arms. Those arms hook up to a sensor that tells the headlight ECU how to (electrically)adjust the lights up or down when you travel over bumps or your car is loaded up.

No. The adjustment screw is an allen key or hex head. It sits slightly behind that front core support for the hood latch and headlights. I think on my car its a white hex socket inside a black housing.
It looks something like this... but this is on a Z4... http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...adjustment.jpg Before you mess around with the headlight adjusters... you should make SURE both of your headlight sensor arms are connected to suspension control arms. There is one sensor per axle. Dack
