Will not improve throttle response, that is a mechanical issue. It will just make it more electronically more sensitive to inputs as the M-button does. Not sure you'd want it more sensitive than that.
M button also changes wastegate position in an attempt to improve response. |

I personally can't imagine a modification I'd hate more. I'm sure there is one, but that's got to be up there.
As someone who drives with DSC off I find M mode already too aggressive to precisely meter out torque. Personal preference, but for me more would be terrible.

The pedal box does nothing that pushing your right foot down further can't do...

The M button is more than sufficient. Anything more responsive will need readjustment on a physiological level and a reflash of my brain's ECU.
