BMS oil catch can - still have oil in charge pipe and intake

I had a BMS OCC installed at 33k miles when my valves were professional walnut blasted. At 38k my OEM charge pipe cracked and was replaced under warranty by the dealer. I'm now at 41k and have removed the nearly brand new OEM charge pipe to replace with a more sturdy ER one. There is a decent amount of oil in the charge pipe and throttle body. WTF? Is my OCC not working properly or could this be a sign of bigger problems? I hadn't emptied the OCC in probably 5k miles, but it wasn't really that full. Half a tablespoon maybe. There is some oil on the pressure sensor as well that I'll have to clean off.

Added pics. 8-10k miles.

The pressure sensor o-ring is cracked, and they don't sell just the o-ring separately. $100 from a local dealer for the whole sensor.

What? Are you serious...it's a simple o-ring. I'd start by taking it to the auto parts store and see if they have one, if not I'd check a plumbing supply place and go from there. If you can't find one...let me know and I'll remove mine...get the proper size and send one to ya. $100 is just silly

Garage List
An OCC won't stop ALL the oil from entering the intake tract, but if properly designed it will catch most of it.

I know the dealer recommends longer interval oil changes but if you're going to modify the car, I'd suggest shorter intervals primarily due to the fact that these cars run hot and the oil flows through the turbos.

This wears the oil down faster (heat) and also means you have to become more reliant on having fresh oil to keep the journal bearings lubricated.
