Fine with power, but want that downpipe burble

I'm fine with my cars power running a flash, but I'm looking for a little more exotic sounding exhaust, mostly the catless downpipe burble I hear so often

Thinking about some downpipes and leaving the rest of the exhaust stock, is a jb4 required to keep the o2 sensor check engine light off, or can sims run all the time?

They do yearly obdII plug in readiness checks here and I would rather not stare at a check engine light.

I dont plan on going beyond intake/fmic/dp/tune unless I cant get that sound I want

suggestions ?

I'm doing the DIY PE mod as soon as I pick up another tig welder

isnt the ppk a downgrade on the tune I already run?

I used those o2 sensor extenders with my wagner downpipes and passed smog without any trouble. No check engine lights or anything. I'm running a dinan s2 tune. I had Eurotek install everything for me. I believe the ones he used for me were by 42 draft design because they are angled...you'll definitely need clearance especially on these cars.

Wait, are you running catless DP's, stock N54 mids, and still passed emissions?

You've passed a sniffer as well? Sorry to be prying, but I would love to have the HP gains of catless DP's, with the emissions being handled by the N54 mid secondary cats. Not only would I not swap DP's for emissions, we have sniffers randomly placed on freeway onramps and there would be a solid chance I'd get caught by one.

Yea we don't have the sniffer test here in NV so it's easier. Just have to have OBD in readiness status

I would love for this to work on my N55. Any additional feedback?
