CP-E Charge Pipe Blowing Off

An old thread, but I figured I would post since I'm having the same issues with my Active charge pipe. However, my c-clip is facing the right direction. It was actually fine for almost a year before I started having constant issues with it. Wondering if anyone else with an Active Autowerke charge pipe has issues of it popping off under boost. TIA

I'm anxiously awaiting to hear how a pipe with 1 factory connection at the TB and a silicone coupler on the opposite end can be so much better than another without taking any visual features into account

You forgot the part where it mounts at the factory point next to the alternator, with the fancy rubber circle thingy and a T30 screw..

I prefer the looks/fitment of the CP-E part. Never understood why the ER has the random/ugly step down in size.

For what ever its worth. I have a VRSF charge pipe, never came off and I'm running Cobb stage 3+. One thing I did, the VRSF has a bong on it for meth injection. I made a bracket and used that mounting location to secure the bracket. That makes the charge pipe much more secure and I'm not planning on using meth.
