Awesome.
If I had the coin, I would love to have a version of that car, only more oem. Like a 1M that came from the factory with the s65. Very well done car.

I've been waiting to see a supercharged 1M. So far only G-Power has done one. But my Russian boys with the yellow 1M are working on taking thier 135i to the next level.

My Raze GT kit just came out of production and I have almost all of my parts to do another s65 swap. I just need a 128i chassis. |

That sound.
I had an E90 M3 before, and tbh I love my 1M much much more (because of the looks/size and the 'warpspeeds' you can do instantly) but this is a fantastic way to build a one off roadgoing car with the best ingredients. Less weight than the E9xM3, a shorter wheelbase, just the way I like it. Congrats to get it on DRIVE and on the FrontPage! Cheers Robin |

When I first watched the video on drive last night (at 1am) I thought of your car for some reason and the 1M conversion you had done. Congratulations on making this beast! Very jealous of the power delivery, this should have been the car that BMW had produced. Thanks for making that a reality!

As Marco mentioned, we are in the research and parts collecting phase of a more factory fresh build. This will be using a very clean 135i and retaining most of the interior. Just opting out of the track functional interior setup will save thousands. This new street version will be our entry level Clone 1M3 making Marco's project the track functional beast it is.
The third and final version will be the monster of the three. We hope to offer these turnkey builds to the most interested Enthusiasts. With Marco's help, we've been able to develop everything we need to make these cars a complete one of a kind M for the demanding BMW Enthusiast. |

And to introduce Joe, he is the owner of Performance Technic and leader of the team who built the car.

This is sick.
I had an e30 M3 and loved the car. This would be a fitting replacement for that car!!

It's the owner of the other clone. I am curious if these will have body modifications (widening the rear) and such. Welcome to Bimmerpost! Major props on all the amazing work your team has done the past year since I moved. |

Congrats on your amazing feature. I remember first reading about the 1M conversion a few years ago. Wow it has come a long way!
