FS: Exoticspeed Catback exhaust, carbon tips, valve actuator 135i N54/N55

I have an Exoticspeed S1 Catback exhaust system (includes the axleback and mid pipe) bought back in October 2014 but wasn't installed till November 2014. I spent a pretty penny on this exhaust ($1400 plus shipping) and I love the sound of the exhaust system and the only reason why i'm selling it is because i recently got sponsored by a different exhaust company for SEMA.
