Jb4 issue (WAAAY OVERBOOST!!)

So my turbos just got replaced by the dealer and when I reinstalled my jb4 my boost on fuel and oil both skyrocket to 20psi ON EVERY MAP. This is not normal. I've noticed that the boost builds up steadily when going wot 0-16ish psi and then right when I shift the boost jumps to 20psi. It also jumps to 20psi if it's an extended WOT.
I'm thinking it's bad boost solenoids (I have replacements in hand)
Anyone have any idea what's going on?

if you have replacement solenoids then swap those. Also check your vacuum lines. In addition, could be your PCV system if they didn't hook it up right.

But, how does the car behave with the Jb4 on map 4? Same thing?

I haven't tested it out on map 4 yet, I will do that when I get home from work later today.
I know that when I was doing an oil change last week I noticed that they had my intercooler not fully connected to the turbo side causing a whistling sound on regular drives.
I checked all of the other vacuum lines other than the one that goes to the front turbo, I'm hoping it's not that one that may be disconnected since it's a PIA to reach

It is common fur a car to overboost when new turbos are installed. That being said, it should not be by that much.
Is the Jb4 kicking you back to map4 ?
The Jb4 will do that if car is overboosting by that much.

I checked over the weekend and the jb4 is not kicking me back into map 4. I'll be replacing the boost solenoids one at a time later this week to see if that changes anything

Are you sure you're not measuring 20psi when you shift or have a throttle closure?

^That's almost exactly it. I'll measure 20 psi almost every time I go WOT when I shift, but i'll also get 20psi if my WOT is extended. I'll try to post a video in the next day or two if switching out the boost solenoids fails to help
