Armrest issue
Im surprised there isn't a seperate forum for the friggin' armrest! So, I bought my 128i used from Carmax with a busted latch on the armrest. Carmax was nice enough to get me a new armrest and send it to me. I got this part.
 After searching the forums, I found the "Let's remove the armrest" and got the armrest with bracket off the back of the console. So, I've got the armrest and bracket out. So, I need to find out how to seperate the lid at the hinge that goes to the bracket. Right here... Any ideas?  |

sorry, not much of a contribution to your thread but man, do I hate this thing... The way it pops open when you actually try to use the cupholder it closes over... Why, why, WHY ugh...
