E9X cluster into 128I?!

Looking to install E9X gauge cluster into my 128i

MY CAR: 2010 128i 6MT

Do I need a 6MT cluster or will the DCT work as well?

Some of the info I've collected on the cluster swap.

Not sure on the need for 6MT or DCT.

Also (don't quote me on this) but I think I read if you buy a used cluster it needs to have less mileage than your current so the tamper dot doesn't light up (making KOMBI think you rolled your mileage back)
