(Modified)135i n55 stalled out in drive thru

Let me first start with mods on the car. I have FBO jb4 and mhd backend flash, Waldro 450 fuel pump. At the time of the incident car wasn’t on any e85 and on map 5. I was going through a drive thru when it stalled out. I restarted the car stalled again and again and again. I had to keep the revs up for it to stay alive luckily was able to back out. Then the car was back to normal as soon as I parked. I received no check engine light or anything. I turned the jb4 Bluetooth app on to check codes it was not picking up any signal from jb4 then all of sudden worked no codes were found... NOTE I did have a fuel pump error message about 2 weeks ago when first starting my car but immediately went away. Any ideas would be helpful!! Thanks!!!

Check electrical connections. Maybe something is a bit loose, or coming loose.

This or it could be related to the fuel pump issue you mentioned at the end of your post.

I would check both

Likely a connection issue with the JB4 harness, specifically the ethanol connections.

Alternative is definitely the fuel pump, since you were able to get it to run and keep it running by giving it more fuel.

It sounds like it's either not getting enough fuel or sending the wrong signals for what fuel is in the car.

I checked the connections still nothing and also I have been getting half engine malfunction when it’s lower rpms on the freeway or during pulls for awhile now and could never figure it out.

I took it out again today and it stalled at idle in a parking lot. Always seems to stall out when car is at idle.

Your car doesn't want you eating in it. My car makes many noises in the drive-thru that it doesn't make anywhere else. As for the parking lot stalling, maybe it just doesn't want to be parked...
