afr question advice??

The smoke could come from a few places. People like to say it's turbo but without seeing the car they are 100% guessing.
If you really want to know, you'll have to take it to your local reputable mechanic.

There was a guy earlier with a N55 that was having a smoke issue too.

I still just don't think it's a turbo problem at all. You aren't running much boost, not even close to enough to overwork it. And I can't find that you road race or do any endurance racing that would cause overheating. Seems to me you just do the same as most, a few highway blasts and fun drives. Basic normal stuff.
I really do think it's within the PCV system, which for you is not serviceable. It requires a replacement valve cover (or used in good working order). But it's a costly chance, then again so is a turbo replacement.
Someone local and qualified really should be who you talk with. They may have a way to test or some other insight that will be helpful. I really don't want you to just throw parts at the car in hopes it'll fix it. I want good diagnosis and first time repair. I can't do that over the internet and I really don't feel anyone can.

The car will release smoke if I drive on 1st gear car fully warm at 3k rpm

The car will throw constant smoke

That 3,000 RPM range is the giveaway IMO. It's right on the verge between boost and vacuum in the intake manifold. It's a transitional point for the PCV system.
If you do a datalog trying to get it to smoke you should see boost below 1psi but above -1psi when it acts up.
Unfortunately though my theory isn't a 100% certainty that it's the valve cover. If it where my car I'd feel safe that I'm correct. And if I where wrong it'd only be my fault and money I wasted all $450 of it.
