Clutch pedal feeling stiff/heavy

I think the clutch overall is ok, I have no problem getting the car in gear, but my pedal is getting heavy, noticed mostly in first gear. Is this something a shop could look at or do I need to take to a dealer? Springs? Fluid? Wear and tear? Not really sure what could be the cause?

Have a look at the clutch fork pivot, the OEM plastic one can fail prematurely. Could be other issues as well.
