BMW 118i oil requirement

I want to do the oil change myself on my 2006 118i but I am not sure how much oil should I use. I read that I should put 7 litres of oil and another guy wrote he put 5 litres. My engine is 95kW, if that helps with my question. I bought a 4 liter can of Castrol 0W-30 but maybe I should get more

My research says 4.3L of 5W-30 (I think 0W-30 is good too). Oil should have an approval specification of LL-04. If you are changing oil yourself, try and measure how much oil comes out.

Thanks a bunch. I think I'll go with 4.5 litres as that's what I have been told the most. I'll leave this link here, maybe it'll help someone in the future.
