After some experimenting yesterday I found out that the 4 post requirement is wrong- you need 10.

yup, found out the same as well today. I had 5 posts for a couple weeks and it never updated. just made it to 10 posts and 1 hour later, I had access to PMs.

The solution is to visit your regional BMW retailer and (gasp) pay for the stuff you're trying to steal. Seems simple enough to me, and doesn't litter up these forums with your dozen garbage "thanks" posts trying to run your post count up.....
