Swapping my 2013 E82 118d for a 2013 E92 328ix?

Ok so i have the chance to swap my 2013 E82 118d for a 2013 E92 328ix. My car has 152k km and his car has 100k km. The seller is looking for a diesel car. My car has full M package, cruise control and is Le Mans Blue in color with no other significant options. His car is almost full option EXCEPT the m package(Hi-Fi audio which mine doesnt have, sunroof, steering wheel heating, idrive pro, leather interior. His is also an automatic and mine is manual. Thoughts?

Why swap? What do you get rid of that you don't like, or what do you gain that you wish you had?

I want something faster than my 118d and i want to swap from diesel to petrol as i will be driving a lot less distance to and back from work. Also the sunroof and the idrive are 2 things i really miss on my car.
