Please HELP!?

I have made a serious error. I disconnected the battery from my 118 D Coupe to change it, got side tracked and closed the boot! I can't access the boot as no key access I can see (checked under 118 D sign and near handle) I can't find a way to open rear seats from inside. I can't start the car by conecting to the leads under the bonnett. Can anyone help??

Uhh, correct me if I am wrong, you can connect the leads under the hood and restore power so you can at least hit the trunk open button in the interior. I can vouch that it works as I've done it before.

Search this forum. There have been plenty of 1addicts that had the same problem in the past. Some have taken the speaker out of the rear deck lid, some had removed the rear seats, and some were able to fish a long wire between the seats

not necessary you can ise jumper cables/pack and conmect it under the hold using the postive/negative pins and it will power the car up to open trunk and ur set

Are you sure there is no key access on the boot lid? My 2008 E88 has a key access. That would seem to be a very big oversight by the engineering team designing the E82 version. Look in your owner manual. I am certain there is a section on opening doors and lids without power.
