I just bought a Akrapovic slip-on for my stock 1M.
The seller also has a Akrapovic downpipe: yes or no.
I'm not looking for more power, more for sound.
Thoughts?

If you haven't installed the muffler yet, you might want to wait before deciding to get cat-less downpipes; especially if you're running a cat-less center section.

I have the slip-on muffler with MadDad center section and stock downpipes. Everyone that's heard it with the valve open agrees it is very loud. With the valve closed it is noticeably constricted, doesn't spool as quickly, but also doesn't make the neighbors complain.

Catless dp with stock mid section and performance muffler sounds great to me. Pretty quiet under 3k but rips at higher rpm. Enjoy!
