Stains on seats

Heya, i am not sure how these stains ended up on my seats. Was just driving like any other day, then randomly noticed stains these when coming to the car in the morning. First i thought maybe its mould, since there was some moisture in the car (windows were heavily condensed). Aired out the car now for a few days and used also a brush/car seat cleaner to scrub the seat to see if it comes off. Even after cleaning the seat 2 times now, seems like the stains aren't getting any less.

Anyone has ever seen stains like these before or have any ideas of removing them. Was told that it seems like chemical damage and would need to fully refurbish it, even though i don't remember having any chemicals on the seat.

I don't know if it's available where you are, but I've seen FOLEX® Instant Carpet Spot Remover work miracles.
