Can someone review my log?

I hope this is the right place!

I have been chasing this 30ff code on an N54 135i and im not sure what to do now.

I am having some pretty bad lag, but peak boost is now only a couple psi below target.

-I’ve swapped out most of my vacuum lines. Not the rear wastegate line because i cannot reach it. I am replacing the oil pan gasket soon so i figured id have easier access from below. I did vacuum test it and it held vacuum. As least for a few minutes.

-Swapped both solenoids for new ones

-I was missing the bolt in the v band clamp on one of the outlets and that brought me back up most of the way

-Smoke tested the car and havent found anymore leaks.

-turbos were fully replaced about 20k miles ago

I am on mhd stage 2 ver9

I have dci, catless down pipes, and an after market charge pipe with a turbosmart bov

Wharn I tried to do a 4th gear pull it sounded like slight compressor surge at partial and full throttle.

Third gear pull log:

Thanks for any help i may receive!

You sure your charge pipe is properly secured/connected?
I would also check EVERY vacuum line again…
Are you solenoids genuine bmw?
Check every connector hose as well…

I can verify the charge pipe again. The only things that have not been replaced vacuum wise is the short hard hose that connects to the vacuum pump and the one that connects directly to the brake booster.
The solenoids were not BMW but i beleive they were OE. But i might be mistaken.
I have to do the oil pan gasket soon so with the subframe down i will also be removing the down pipes to ensure the wastegates can close all the way.

>50% duty cycle for 8psi. You're not airtight. Revisit bov and it's reference, fuel evap line, MAF sensors. If you have over 50k on the solenoids I'd just replace them. Can also try deleting the vac canisters as a test (but make sure you reinstall them).

You could have also overtightened a hose clamp somewhere, but this looks like a small leak.

After everything i replaced damn near everything,(minus the turbos) the boost leak was still there. I gave up on the issue to fix my leaking oil pan. With the subframe off i had clear view of the turbos so i did another vacuum test and the arm for the wastegate didnt move in the slightest. Turns out is was hitting the v band clamp and that was preventing me from making boost. I pray that ends up being the issue.

So what was the outcome after all? Was your issue resolved?

Yeah that was the issue. The wastegate couldnt open because the rear turbo v band clamo was blocking it from shutting. The car is now issue free for the first time in 2 years
