Window Regulator Replacement Headache

I recently had to replace the regulator for the driver’s side window. Before installing the window to the regulator I tested it and all looked fine. I attached the window and it works great going down but stops about an inch going up. Was hoping someone has some insight on what the issue is. Thanks!
